Hand Building For Beginners

Gain more skills and confidence as you take your ceramics skills further hand building with slabs, molds and add-ons. Find an inner balance and connect with clay in this mindful, hands on workshop. Create your very own hand built coffee mug or stein and experience how to add handles to mugs and platters that can be crafted to reflect your own style and design. You will be inspired by decorative techniques to enhance your own pieces and get you addicted to this timeless craft. Small class numbers for focussed one on one tuition.

Included in your 2 hour workshop is clay, tools, and a bisque firing of your pieces (up to 3 pieces). Your work will be ready for collection in 2 weeks after firing in our kiln. Glazing and gloss firing is included for your 2 pieces.
