During the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to experiment with mixing colours and blending as you sip on your studio brewed coffee in the beautiful serene surroundings of Montville. Witness the magic unfold as you watch your creation come to life on the canvas before your very eyes. From vibrant hues to delicate brush strokes, you'll be amazed at what you can achieve with a little guidance, strong coffee and a lot of imagination.

By using acrylics and coffee in ways that are explorative and experimental, you will enhance your artworks. Sgraffito and text transfer are also fun and creative techniques to make your artwork unique and capture detail. You will be guided through the basic steps of intuitive painting by an expert artist. Unleash your inner artist and unwind as you let your creativity take the wheel! An A4 canvas and small examples of techniques will be completed by you to take home.

Painting workshops and classes will demonstrate techniques that will include glazing, embedding, texturing and sgrafitto. Be prepared to deconstruct the mystery behind many contemporary effects used by artists today. Using some experiments and contemporary design inspired ideas you will feel confident tackling a canvas or media board on which to take your painting mediums much further.
